WIC appointment

Today Maelynn and I went to the WIC office. What a blessing it is to receive their coupons. Chris and I were a little reluctant at first but I'm glad we took advantage of the opportunity. And now bc I'm breast feeding they provide us with even more food! What a blessing!

Speaking of blessings... I got a bill in the mail the other day for the pediatrician that saw Maelynn in the hospital. Including the  regular check he performed, her discharge, and the clipping of her ties tongue (frenotomy), the bill came to almost $700!! Yikes! So needless to say I was a little worried. So I called Medicaid today and found out that it's all covered! Yay! The Lord is truly blessing us. 

As for the love I showed today, I actually decided to show some love through gratitude. So I texted Brittany Downs and thanked her for all her advice and the book on breast feeding. I also texted a couple of sisters that have brought us dinner. I guess it's just been a very grateful day for me. 

And while I'm on it... I also have been feeling very grateful for the opportunity TJ have my own little family. I've been singing this primary song to Maelynn and today it just really touched my heart and made me cry. I love my family sent from God!
